Reimagined

How We
Support Your Property
-
Need help keeping your short-term rental running smoothly? We handle guest communication, booking coordination, check-in and check-out oversight, listing updates, and prompt issue resolution—so guests feel supported and you stay informed. When booking data is available, we review general performance trends and guest feedback, then share practical recommendations to support informed decision-making.
Pricing: Custom proposal based on the property, booking activity, and level of support needed. Rental operations may be priced as a percentage of accommodation revenue. Property visits and cleaning are priced separately and clearly outlined in your proposal.
-
Already have trusted vendors? We’ll coordinate with them. If not, we can help identify local professionals and coordinate scheduling and property access for maintenance, repairs, and other needs.
Vendor coordination: Starting at $65 per hour
Restocking and local errands: $65 per hour, plus purchases.
Urgent same-day visits: Starting at $150
-
Want every arrival to feel guest-ready? We coordinate cleaning and linens, complete final readiness checks, add finishing touches, and identify damage or missing items before the next guest arrives—helping prevent last-minute surprises.
Guest-ready checks: Starting at $95 per visit
Cleaning and linen services: Custom quote based on property size and service needs.
-
Need someone local to check on your property when you can’t be there? We’ll complete a visual walkthrough, look for obvious concerns, send photos and a brief update, and alert you promptly if something needs attention.
Initial Property Assessment: $125
A comprehensive first visit to document the property’s condition, review access and essential systems, identify owner’s priorities, take baseline photos and videos, and create a customized checklist. We may also provide practical recommendations to support property readiness and the overall guest experience.
The initial assessment fee may be applied toward a qualifying ongoing monthly service plan.
Property Check Visits: Starting at $85 per visit.
Routine visual walkthroughs using the established checklist, including photos, a brief update, and a prompt notification of obvious concerns.
Starting prices apply within our core service area. Final pricing may vary based on property size, travel distance, visit length, urgency, and the level of support requested. Services and recommendations are based on available information and visible observations and do not guarantee specific reviews, bookings, occupancy, or revenue.
